Introduction.

Charges for the delivery of goods are detailed below, all delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice.

In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible and inform you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders/items can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Your Credit Card will only be charged once your order is ready for shipment.

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit or missing from your expected delivery then you must inform us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification, then you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.

Please note: We can only ship to AUSTRALIAN addresses.

Postal charges.
Our standard postage and packaging charge is $12.50 (inc GST)
We are currently offering FREE postage and packaging on orders valued at $160.00 or more.

Delivery details.
Your order is normally processed within 24 hours (48 hours at weekends and public holidays) and we aim to get your order to you within 3 to 5 working days. We generally use the Australia Post Express Post Parcel service. This service requires a signature upon receipt, we therefore recommend that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases.

If no-one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your Express Post Satchel at your convenience.
