    Ship to Locations

    The Footgear Web Store only delivers within Australia (including PO Boxes).

    If you live overseas and cannot purchase these products within your own country then please contact us at askme@footgear.com.au

     

    Shipping Methods

    We will endeavor to process any webstore order the same day or within 24 hours (48 hours at weekends and public holidays). Once an order is processed an email is sent to the customer to notifiy them of the order being sent, along with any tracking numbers. We generally use Australia Post Express Post Services on all orders valued at over $100.00. All orders valued at less than $100 will be shipped using Standard Registered Post and may take up to 7 days to deliver to remote locations.

    Both these delivery methods require a signature upon receipt, we therefore recommend that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases (such as your place of work).

    If no-one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your Express Post Satchel or Registered Post Parcel at your convenience.

    In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit or missing from your expected delivery then you must inform us within seven working days of receipt. If we receive no such notification, then you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
