Wasn’t what you expected? We are here to make this as easy as possible! You can return your items two ways, either receive an INSTANT refund/exchange in as little as 30 seconds with our returns partner Refundid, or directly visit one of our physical stores closest to you.

 

Footgear Online Returns Policy

  • There are no change of mind returns available for merchandise returned after the 30-day period.
  • Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for change of mind refund or exchange.
  • Footgear has the right to decline a return of any items damaged or showing signs of wear. In the rare case this does occur you will be notified via email and the items returned to you.
  • Any items returned/exchanged must be unworn, in original packaging/shoe box including the original receipt.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns on socks or accessories.
  • The customer is responsible for the return of shoes until the item is physically received by Footgear.
  • Postage costs on all returns are at the customers expense.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Our online purchase returns policy is different to our in-store returns policy. If you have purchased with us instore, please see our Footgear In-store Returns Policy at the base of this page.
  • Please make sure the shoes and box are safely wrapped in suitable packaging. Shoes will not be accepted if the shoe box is used as the post box. It is part of the original packaging and needs to be returned in the same condition.

Footgear In-Store Returns Policy (for ONLINE orders)

Anything purchased through our online store can be returned to any of our physical stores subject to our returns policy, however any refunds will need to be processed by our Online Team via your original payment method. The store will take receipt of your shoes and confirm your details. They will forward the details and confirmation of refund to our Online Team. As proof of return you will receive a written receipt. Once your order is refunded you’ll receive a confirmation email. Note: Payment may take up to 1-2 business days to process.

 

Footgear Exchanges (for ONLINE orders)

If you're looking to receive an exchange, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Enter your details into the Refundid form above.

Step 2: Use your instant refund to repurchase your exchange.

Step 3: Package your items back into their original packaging.

Step 4: Post your return items back to us.

 

Footgear In-store Purchase Returns Policy

  • We will except back any full priced, unworn shoes, in as-new condition with original packaging within 14days of purchase for refund, exchange or store credit note.
  • There are no change of mind returns available for products returned after the 14days
  • Any items returned/exchanged must be unworn, in original packaging/shoe box including proof of purchase.
  • Footgear has the right to decline a return of any items damaged or showing signs of wear.
  • Change of mind refunds are available for full priced stock and stock discounted up to 10% only.
  • We do not offer change of mind refunds on sale items or items discounted more than 10%.
  • Gift vouchers and Credit notes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns on socks or accessories.
  • The customer is responsible for the return of shoes until the item is physically received by Footgear.
  • Any postage cost for change of mind returns are at the customers expense.
  • Refundid is available for online purchases only.
